In that time we have developed a seamless process to get you from being interested in joining the Hunters network to launching successfully.

The process

  • Discovery & Research

As soon as you’re interested in joining Hunters, it’s important you do your research. Find out if it’s the right route for you by exploring our website, downloading our brochure and pick up the phone to find out if the territory you’re interested in is currently available. Our team is on hand to answer all of the questions you have to make sure this is the right brand and franchisor for you.

  • First Meeting & Application

After you’ve done your research and are looking to move things on, our Franchise Sales Manager Maryam Bham will book in a first meeting to discuss your earning potential, the territory in more detail and run you through the financials involved in joining the Hunters network. We decline more than 70% of people who do apply at this stage as we discover if we’re the right fit for each other so this is where we find out how we can benefit each other in the long run.

  • Team meeting and Acceptance

The last step before we get you signed up to become part of the Hunters family is to meet our head office team. You’ll come and visit HQ in York and have a discussion about finances, marketing, training, the launch process and discuss your lettings business in detail. After that, it’s up to you whether you sign on the dotted line or decide it isn’t for you.

  • Training and set-up

The Property Franchise Groups Training Academy provides a range of in-depth training. All Hunters staff and partners must complete the Training Academy in order to be able to trade under our brand – we believe this is how we offer our customers an unrivalled experience. If you have no estate agency experience, you must complete the training ahead of opening your Hunters business and if you have previously worked in property, we can launch you with the commitment of finalising your training in the first three months.

And finally, launch

Now you’re trained, accepted and ready to go, it’s time to launch your Hunters business. We’ll make a big PR splash, make sure you have a great website presence, get your launch marketing ready and ensure you have all of the tools available to get your business off the ground from day one. The support doesn’t stop there though, your Regional Franchise Manager will be on hand to answer any questions you have in the first few weeks to make sure you’re comfortable with the way we do things around here.
